Day 1 : ARRIVAL JOHANNESBURG – HAZYVIEW (405 km – 4.5 h)
After landing at O.R. Tambo International Airport, you will be met by a tour representative who will guide you to the transfer to Kruger National Park. Make sure your flight lands before 6:00 am in the morning to catch the transfer in time to be able to take part in all the day’s activities. On the way, you will pass by the picturesque town of Dullstrom, known to the locals as the ‘place of prosperity’; and Lydesburg, located on the foothills of the famous Long Tom Pass and surrounded by the Steenkampsberg and Mauchsberg mountain ranges. When you reach the Mpumalanga province, start exploring the Panorama Route, along which you will come across a true natural wonder: the Blyde River Canyon, the world´s third largest canyon. Later, witness the cinematic power of water at Bourke’s Luck Potholes, a web of interconnected natural pools surrounded by red, brown and yellow rocks. Admire the beauty of Lisbon Falls and enjoy the majestic view from God´s Window. Make a stop for lunch en route (not included) and continue to the town of Graskop for curio shopping. In the late afternoon, you’ll reach your accommodation in Hazyview, where you’ll spend the next couple of nights. Hazyview is a small farming town known for its banana industry. Day 2 : KRUGER NATIONAL PARK
A spellbinding experience awaits you this morning. Head out to explore Kruger National Park, often thought of as the world’s largest wildlife zoo. Wake up early in the morning and jump into a safari jeep with a specialised wildlife ranger-guide and drive over to Kruger Park for your very first safari experience. Enjoy a thrilling game drive and, like completing a wildlife bingo, try to spot all of Africa’s highly sought-after Big Five: elephant, lion, rhino, leopard and buffalo. You will make two stops during the day, one for breakfast (included) and another for lunch (not included), at different rest camps throughout the safari. That way you will be able to take advantage of your time in the game reserve to the fullest and make sure you don’t miss any animal you were longing to see in its natural habitat. You will be driven back to the lodge in the late afternoon, at around 16:00. The rest of the day is free for you to spend at leisure until dinner is served.

Day 3 : KRUGER NATIONAL PARK

A ranger-guide will again accompany you in the safari jeep to Kruger Park and take you to all the best areas for spotting African wildlife. Throughout the day you have plenty of chances to see a variety of animals large and small, as well as birds and several interesting insects. Just like the previous day, you will make two breaks at different rest camps for breakfast (included) and lunch (not included). You will return to the lodge at the same time as the day before, at around 16:00, and will again get to spend the rest of the day at leisure, either putting your feet up at the lodge after all this exploring, admiring the surrounding natural landscapes or enjoying the available services until dinner.
Overnight in Hazyview.
Day 4 : HAZYVIEW – DEPART JOHANNESBURG
