With a cast of over 40 actors, singers, and dancers, the story of The Lion King is miraculously brought to life in using masks, puppets and striking costumes to tell the story of young Simba’s epic adventures as he struggles to accept the responsibilities of adulthood and becoming king.
Simple yet beautiful is very much the key to the shows incredible design. The masks and puppetry only enhance, rather than detract from the performers own portrayal of African wildlife. The human element is purposefully featured and offers a whole new perspective on this classic story.
The stunning aesthetic of The Lion King is the work of a team of designers who draw on diverse cultural influences to recreate the rich colours and vast expanses of the savannah, resulting in a daring and inspiring reinvention.

On Sunday evenings the performance starts at 6:30pm;
