9:30 am: pick up from you downtown hotel. Board a comfortable coach with a bilingual tour guide, to get to the ranch located in Capilla del Señor. Here you will find the Argentinian cowboys or "gauchos" who lives in the open plains at Estancia Don Silvano. Enjoy the vastness of the Argentinian countryside and gaucho hospitbility.

11:00 am: Enjoy Don Silvano's friendly welcome with a great reception that includes traditional and tasty meat pie ("empanadas") with wine and juice.

11:30 am - 1:00 pm: time to tour the facilities of this wonderful ranch. You will notice the ranch house, built around 1930, reflects the Victorian style. Inside its 380 hectares and with an inviting atmosphere, you will surely relax and enjoy nature. Visit the ranch's bakery, the museum and also attend a milking demonstration.
Climb on a tame horse and enjoy a relaxed ride through the surrounding countryside or even choose a carriage or tractor ride.

01:00 pm - 03:00 pm: eat a typical Argentine barbecue including chicken, ribs, sausages, potato salad, mixed salad and ice cream for dessert. Enjoy your beverages including wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee and water.

Don Silvano ranch offers vegetarian menu if requested when booking.

During lunch, watch a traditional Argentinian folkloric show including singing and dancing with a wide variety of rhythms such as samba, malambo, chacarera, "boleadoras" demonstration, chamamé and tango. Dare to try out some of this dances!

03:30 pm: watch the gauchos participate in a ring racing and other demonstrations of their incredible horsemanship.

04:30 pm: Don Silvano ranch offers a delicious afternoon-snack of quince jelly on sweet cakes accompanied by "mate", a traditional Argentine drink made of yerba mate leaves steeped in hot water that has its own rituals and history.

05:00 pm: after a wonderful day full of countryside activities, the drop off at your downtown hotel is included.
