The excursion begins by travelling 15 km along the left bank of Lake Lacar, arriving at the Chapelco complex where we will be able to observe the Lanín volcano.
We will be able to get impressive views of the valley and Lake Lacar from the Pil Pil viewpoint, where we can stop for a moment to take pictures and admire the scenery.
During the winter, we will be able to rent equipment to enjoy the snow such as skiing or snowboarding, or opt for a snowshoe hike. On the way back we will pass through the lands of the Mapuche community Curruhuinca, and visit the small settlement called Puente Blanco.
Finally, to keep the best memories of San Martin de los Andes we will visit the famous Mirador Arrayan circuit, where we will be able to see the whole city next to the Lacar Lake, and in the background beautifying the panorama we will find the Andes Mountain Range.
